Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance
Every batch we manufacture — whether for our own brand, B2B supply, or contract manufacturing — undergoes the same rigorous quality control process, from raw material receipt through finished goods dispatch.
Four-stage quality control across every production run
Raw material testing
Every incoming active ingredient, formulant, and packaging material is tested against specification before being cleared for production. Non-conforming materials are quarantined and returned — no exceptions.
In-process quality checks
During formulation, critical parameters — pH, particle size, emulsion stability, active ingredient concentration, and suspension rate — are monitored at defined intervals to catch deviations before they become defects.
Finished goods testing
Every completed batch is tested for active ingredient content, physical properties, and packaging integrity before release. No batch ships without a passed QC report — whether it carries our label, a B2B partner's, or a contract client's.
Stability & retention samples
Retained samples from every production batch are stored under controlled conditions for shelf-life validation and post-market reference. Stability data supports CIB registration claims and resolves any after-sales quality queries.
Same standard, every batch, every customer
Whether a formulation is produced for our own Agronica brand, supplied in bulk to a distributor, manufactured on contract for a third-party label, or built as a white-label product — the quality control process is identical. There is no "premium" QC tier and no shortcuts for high-volume runs. One standard, applied uniformly, is how we've maintained the trust of our partners across 90+ registered formulations.
Our in-house QC laboratory is equipped for chemical analysis, physical testing, and formulation stability evaluation. Our QC team includes qualified analytical chemists who work independently of production — ensuring objectivity in every test result and release decision.
Total commitment to customer satisfaction
Product quality is defined by customer requirements, not internal convenience. Every formulation meets or exceeds the specifications agreed with the buyer.
Environmental protection
We seek continuous improvement in our production processes to minimize environmental impact — including water reuse, closed-circuit manufacturing, and responsible effluent management.
Continuous improvement
Our quality management system is reviewed and improved regularly — processes, equipment, training, and documentation are all subject to periodic audit and upgrade.
Quality excellence at every stage
From raw material procurement through formulation, packaging, storage, and dispatch — quality checks are embedded at every transition point, not just at the end of the line.
